I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery at
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. When sending back please do obtain a proof of postage and consider sending back signed for or tracked as if items do not find their way back to us a refund will not be possible. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your item is returned to us because you missed a delivery and did not collect from your local post office within the allotted time there will be a £3.50 charge to resend the item back to you. 
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase please do contact us right away and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
